Cancellation Policy

We understand how life can change rapidly, especially in grief. If you need to cancel a session with Laura, we'll give you a full refund for that session if you notify us at least 24 hours before. You may cancel online by logging into your account on our website griefandhope.org. If you are having troubles, contact us via email: info@griefandhope.org Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session are non-refundable. If you have purchased a multi-session package and wish to either cancel and reschedule a single session, you may do so online by logging into your account.
